Plastic Gravity rollers

Designed to transport lighter loads, our plastic rollers are used in a wide range of industries and applications including luggage handling, pharmaceutical systems and packaging machinery.

At Arnott Handling Equipment we aim to present our customers with optimum choice in all our product ranges. Our plastic gravity rollers are therefore not only available in 20, 25, 30, 40, 50 and 60 mm diameter in blue or grey. We also offer our 60mm diameter gravity rollers in white. 

With the added bonus of being made out of food quality ABS and fitted with acetal end bearings with stainless steel balls, our plastic rollers are fully corrosion resistant and suitable for food quality applications, offering a cost effective alternative to stainless steel rollers.

All our plastic rollers are supplied with a spring loaded spindle with a 15 mm shaft extension both sides of the roller, as standard. However, we also offer alternatives such as a drilled and tapped (spindle fixed in roller), threaded ends (loose shaft), ends drilled for wire or flatted in line, and a fixed or loose shaft.

In addition we also offer a 50 mm diameter gravity roller fitted with an enclosed free running gravity roller bearing. Designed to prevent ingress of water into the tube, they are suitable for wash down areas which make them ideal for food applications, offering a cost effective alternative to stainless steel rollers.


Furthermore, additional options such as a grooved plastic roller alternative for line shaft conveyors and multiple rollers on one common shaft are available, to ensure that our plastic rollers are manufactured to suit your application.
