Arnott Handling Equipment Limited (Registration number 5046307) was established in 1976 to supply quality conveyor components to both conveyor manufacturers and end users within the food and pharmaceutical Industries. We operate from our custom build premises in Brixworth, Northants giving us excellent links to the rest of the UK.
If for any reason you are unable to remember your account password, go to the login page and click on "Send me my password". You will be asked to enter your email address, and the password will be emailed to you.
All orders are dispatched complete with a V.A.T. invoice irrespective of the value.
Our site like many others uses standard technology called "Cookies". In order for our site to work correctly your Web browser needs to be set to enable cookies. The cookies enable us to identify that you have visited our website and stores information about the products you visit. We do not use them for any other purpose.
We only deliver to the cardholders to help reduce fraud. This is standard business practice and is in the interest of both the card holder and ourselves. Please note that if you wish us to deliver to an alternative address we will require payment by cheque. In this instance please select "offline order" and forward your cheque with a copy of the order.
You can pay online using Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro, JCB or by cheque posted to Arnott Handling Equipment Limited, Ferro Fields, Scaldwell Road Industrial Estate, Brixworth, Northants. NN6 9UA.
The payment method required must be selected at point of order.
In the case of Adjustable feet of any type, Feet inserts, Flange bearings or Quick release mechanisms the funds will not be debited from your account until the date of despatch. However where the goods are manufactured to suit customer specific sizes, as is the case with Plastic, Stainless steel or Aluminium gravity rollers or Enclosed type gravity rollers the funds will be debited when the order is first received. This is to minimise the possibility of fraudulently placed orders for fictitious goods. Please note that with these rollers the goods would normally be despatched within 5 working days of receipt of order.
We accept orders from outside the U.K. Your credit card will be debited in £Sterling and converted by your Credit Card Company at their conversation rate into your currency.
We aim to dispatch manufactured good within 5 working days. When items are in stock and available without manufacturing they will be dispatched sooner.
You may return purchases of Adjustable feet, Feet inserts, Flange bearings or Quick release units within seven days of receipt provided that they are in an "as new" condition (meaning unused and in original packaging, showing no sign of damage)
We will refund the full value of the goods only, within 30 days unless the goods are deemed faulty after our inspection. Goods must be returned in original packing, unmarked or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to any item whilst the goods are in transit.

Please indicate the reason for return and include a copy of your invoice with the goods. Customised products (Plastic, stainless steel, mild steel, Aluminium and enclosed type gravity rollers) are excluded from this offer.

Arnott Handling Equipment Limited aim to dispatch manufactured goods within 5 working days. Where items are in stock, they will be dispatched sooner.
When despatched you will be sent an e-mail advising of the dispatch method. If this is by next day carrier you will be informed of the consignment note number for you to track online using the link direct to the FedEx Tracking Website should you wish to do so. Alternatively, you may wish to contact us on +44 (0) 1604 882232 and we will contact the carrier on your behalf. Should there be a delay, we will contact you by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. B.
Arnott Conveyors Limited does not sell directly via the e-commerce site. Should you have made initial contact with us by the website, your order will be dealt with via our standard office procedure, details of which are available upon request.

The delivery charge on all e-commerce purchased items is advised at the point of order. The charge is based on the weight, the size, the service requested and the destination of the goods. The weight of the purchased items are also shown at the point of order.
We can deliver to UK mainland, Scottish Highlands & Islands (2 day service), Northern Ireland (2 day service), Republic of Ireland (2 day service), Isle of Man (2 day service), Isles of Scilly (2-3 day service), Isle of Wight (Next day) and the Channel Islands (2 day service)
For all offshore deliveries, the maximum parcel dimensions and weight are 1200 mm long x 600 mm wide x 800 mm high, weight 30 kg per parcel.
When goods are ready to be despatched as a standard all parcels being delivered to the UK mainland are on a next day delivery service with the goods being delivered before 5 p.m.
Also, at the point of order, you may select from the following chargeable additional premium services.

Delivery by 12.00 p.m. Mon - Fri
Saturday by 9.30 a.m.
Saturday by 12.00 p.m.
Please note these options are only available for delivery on the U.K mainland.
For items NOT ordered via the e-commerce method, if requested you will be advised of the carriage charge once the weight has been established.
The delivery charge on all Export e-commerce purchased items is advised at the point of order. The charge is based on the weight, the size, the service requested and the destination of the goods ( Zones 1 - 4). The weight of the purchased items are also shown at the point of order.
